Rena has a wide range of experience leading teams in support of U.S. Army and Foreign Military Contracts with expertise in aviation, logistics, and group support. With a PhD in leadership, Rena specializes in executing business development and design programs, providing cradle to grave solutions for the United States Department of Defense contracts. As the Vice President of Business Operations, Rena is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and IT.

Daniel is a skilled logistician with over two decades of Supply Chain Management experience operating both CONUS and OCONUS supporting the warfighter during Operation Enduring Freedom. Specializing in process improvement and implementation, Daniel's goal is to support CEI with an innovative growth strategy in operations, business development, and execution.

Gloria's goal is to provide program management experience across conventional and special operations. Gloria leads and supports the management, business development, and multidisciplinary teams across the business.

Jamie's mission is the continued growth and engagement of our people, or simply, to put our people first. Jamie knows that the workforce is ever evolving, so the importance of continuous improvement and employee engagement is a must if we are to ensure our people are equipped for continued growth, success, and happiness in the workplace.

Margit works with each CEI subsidiary to develop and execute financial and pricing strategies. Margit oversees each subsidiary with regards to financial compliance and controls ensuring that best practices are standardized throughout the organization.
